In a suit by a wife for permanent alimony held that the evidence was insufficient to sustain her claim that she had, by her husband’s cruel treatment, been compelled to live apart from him.

Appeals from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (DENNIS, C.J.).
Bill by Mary D.S. Shpritz against Abraham S. Shpritz for alimony, with a cross-bill by the latter for divorce. From a decree dismissing both bills, both parties appeal. Affirmed.
The causes were argued before BOND, C.J., URNER, OFFUTT, PARKE, SLOAN, MITCHELL, SHEHAN, and JOHNSON, JJ.
