The burden of proof on plaintiff in a suit for divorce includes that of corroboration of his own testimony.

In a suit by a husband for a divorce, on the ground of his wife’s desertion of him by cessation of all marital relations, through the wife’s fault, for a period of three years, during which time they lived in the same house, held that the corroboration of the husband’s testimony to this effect was insufficient to entitle him to a decree.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (SOLTER, J.).
Bill by Wyeth Pennington Johnson against Florence C. Johnson. From a decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Reversed.
