Appeal from the Criminal Court of Baltimore (OPPENHEIMER, J.).

Dyson Emory Humphries was convicted of abortion upon two indictments in a non-jury case, and from the judgment entered thereon, he appeals.

Affirmed, with costs.

The cause was argued before BRUNE, C.J., and HENDERSON, HAMMOND, PRESCOTT and HORNEY, JJ.
