MARY ANDERSON v. MATTHEW ANDERSON.

Divorce — Evidence — Costs — Alimony Pendente Lite.

The contention of the wife, in justification of her abandonment of the husband, that he had been guilty of misconduct with their daughter, held not to be supported by the evidence.

The wife, appealing from the denial of her bill for divorce, was entitled to an allowance from the husband, who had been granted a divorce on his cross-bill, for the expenses of her appeal.

Decided January 16th, 1936.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, In Equity (CLARK, J.).

Bill by Mary Anderson against Matthew Anderson for divorce. From a decree of divorce in favor of defendant, on a cross-bill filed by him, and from an order refusing to require him to pay the cost of the record, a fee to plaintiff’s solicitor, and alimony pending the appeal, plaintiff appeals. Decree affirmed and order reversed.
