169 A. 310
[No. 59, October Term, 1933.]Court of Appeals of Maryland.
Decided December 7th, 1933.
Automobile Collision — Instruction.
In an action on account of a collision between defendant’s truck and plaintiff’s automobile at a street intersection, held
that a prayer, which directed a verdict for plaintiff in case the jury found certain facts recited in the prayer, was not defective as failing adequately to indicate, by repetition at approximate intervals, the necessity of a finding of the existence of each of the elements of fact which formed the hypotheses of the prayer, the evidence being legally sufficient to support all those elements.
