The record on appeal from the orphans’ court being insufficient to present for decision the jurisdictional questions argued held that the appeal should be dismissed, without prejudice to any other proceeding taken or which might be taken by appellant.

Appeal from the Orphans’ Court of Prince George’s County.

Petition by Frances R. Thorne for her appointment as guardian of the children of her deceased daughter, Amelia Thorne Adler. From an order making such appointment, Frederick J. Adler, brother of the child’s deceased father, appeals. Appeal dismissed.
